I began my career in the lending industry in 1998.  I first began in marketing, then moved to loan processing and then to agent.  I’ve been in management, training and leadership roles for the past 10 years.

The thing I enjoy the most about this industry is helping people and problem solving.  I took a lot of tough math and engineering classes in college but then accidently fell into a sales career.  I discovered I enjoyed interacting and talking to a lot of different people.  This turned out to be a good fit for me as in addition to meeting a lot of cool people I get to use problem solving and analytical skills as well.

In my free time I enjoy playing with my 4 year old daughter.  I also play some instruments and record my own music once in a while which is quite fun.

I began my career in the mortgage industry back in 2004 while living in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I was the finance manager for a large mortgage company for several years out there.  I lived in Vegas until 2008, when I moved back to Minnesota to be closer to my family.

I love working in the mortgage industry because it enables me to make a difference in many peoples lives, as buying a home is usually the largest purchase anyone makes in their lifetime.  I also have a degree in accounting, which comes in handy.

I enjoy singing and spending time with my family.  One of my biggest role models in life is Dolly Parton.
